R.E.D is a performance consulting firm, incorporated in 2006.  From its inception R.E.D has helped numerous teams and organizations to respond successfully to changing scenarios. Our innovative solutions address a gamut of business challenges that impact people, processes, and operations.  A rigorous customized design process, is the cornerstone of each solution we offer.   The interventions we design, provide a unique resolution to each organization’s needs.

Has over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management.  She is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram, and has worked has worked in DCM data products & Hyatt Regency.  She is on the governing council of an NGO Etashain enabling youth.

She is a Performance consultant. Her expertise in design & delivery of interventions and highly effective tools, helps individuals apply concepts & skills on the job.
An alumnus of SP Jain, Mumbai, her earlier experience includes sales & marketing with Euromoney training, UK & media with Ogilvy & Mather advertising.

Head - Business Development
Has over 25 years of experience in Marketing and Account Management.  She is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram. She has led teams to manage accounts in the export industry and worked in government relations in the alcohol industry. 

Shabana Chowdhury Ali

Head - Instructional Design
She has designed innovative learning tools that catalyze behavior change. She is an MDI certified trainer on Managing self and others for higher performance and a Six Sigma white belt​

Laxmi R

Lead Facilitator
She has over 15 years of experience spanning FMCG, IT & ITES, Social sector, Telecom and banking.
A certified NLP practitioner, she is a post graduate in psychology from Madras University.  She is also a post graduate in Sociology from JNU with a diploma in guidance & counseling.​

Sanjay Muttoo

He is a communication expert from MCRC, Jamia Milia Islamia.  He has led highly successful intervention as a senior management coach and facilitator in IT & ITES, Social sector, Telecom and banking.
