​A structured learning plan, using a blended pedagogy based on 70:20:10 principles.  R.E.D designs a combination of learning methods including Experience (70%), Exposure (20%), Education (10%) to ensure that people apply what they learn.  We have a rigorous design & delivery process that includes deep diagnostics, classroom/online design, real time application projects & employee engagements and sustenance plans.  Our goal is to create learning experiences that provide an opportunity for people to learn in their own preferred style.

R.E.D design is also differentiated by building in a what’s-in-it-for-me across the entire intervention.  This and helping people question & address fears that prevent them from applying learning ensures application of learning to achieve the outcomes.  We commit to delivery of outcomes and only disconnect from the organization when there is a measurable change in the results and sustenance plans have been created.
