This model examines critical performance challenges and is crucial for bridging the gap between execution & expectations.   Unique learning tools are designed to address these challenges and r.e.d helps implements the application of these tools, until outcomes are achieved.   ​

Design Different Learning Experiences

​People assimilate and apply knowledge and skills, as per their own learning styles.  Therefore, learning tools must include experiences that provide an opportunity for individuals to learn according to their own personal style.  Bloom’s Taxonomy underpins all R.E.D. design.  To move an individual up the scale from remembering to applying and then analysing/evaluating/creating; the intervention must include opportunities to learn as he/she learns best.  

We create application-oriented classrooms with problem solving in simulated scenarios, videos – real time and illustrative, games puzzles & activities and analytical tools among other methods.  The same philosophy extends into the action learning projects and monitoring/sustenance measures.
