The Long-term outcomes of our intervention

This intervention resulted in the organization shifting from a paper-based way of working to adopting and implementing SAP.  This meant that we had helped the organization adopt transparent methods of sharing information and conducting the business.  

They also implemented a new KRA systems, doing away with the earlier adhoc promotions an incentivization, and transitioning to a fair, performance based and transparent assessment of individual contribution.
